A little ballerina album

I love mini albums. Seriously love making them for the little things in life. My daughter Annastasia has recently finished her first full year of Ballet….and let me tell ya, she loves it! Mexican today and another scrappy share!

First I’ll start with the recipe. It’s a family recipe from George’s Aunt who live in Arizona. We’ve eaten and made these a zillion times and they taste yummier every time we have them.
